2. Payment
Service Packages: Full payment is required in advance before the start of any service.
Payment Notifications: Clients will be notified about upcoming payment due dates to avoid interruptions.
Non-Payment Policy: Services will be terminated immediately if payments are not made on time, without prior notice.
3. Liability
Indirect Losses: Get Review is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by unforeseen delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Client Accountability: Clients agree to indemnify Get Review against any claims, expenses, or liabilities arising from the services provided. This includes third-party claims related to advertising, intellectual property, or product liabilities.
Content Liability: Once content is published on behalf of a client, it becomes publicly accessible. We are not liable for any damages or consequences resulting from its public availability.
4. Waiver
Failure to enforce any aspect of these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of our rights. Any waiver will only be valid if explicitly provided in writing by Get Review.
5. Disclaimer
