Cancellation Policy

  1. Service Cancellation:
    • Clients can cancel their projects by providing written notice at least 10 business days before the agreed service start date.
    • For ongoing projects, cancellation requests will be reviewed, and charges will apply for any work completed up to the cancellation date.
  2. Subscription Services:
    • For subscription-based digital marketing services, cancellations must be requested at least 7 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
  3. Non-Cancellable Services:
    • Customized or completed services, such as finalized web designs or ad campaigns already in progress, cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds are applicable only if no work has started or if there is a failure to deliver as outlined in the agreement.
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing and include a valid reason for review.
  2. Partial Refunds:
    • For services partially completed at the time of cancellation, partial refunds may be issued after a review of the work done.
  3. Non-Refundable Services:
    • Payments for services already completed, such as launched websites or live ad campaigns, are non-refundable.
  4. Processing Time:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
