- For ongoing projects, cancellation requests will be reviewed, and charges will apply for any work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Subscription Services:
- For subscription-based digital marketing services, cancellations must be requested at least 7 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
- Non-Cancellable Services:
- Customized or completed services, such as finalized web designs or ad campaigns already in progress, cannot be canceled.
Refund Policy
- Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are applicable only if no work has started or if there is a failure to deliver as outlined in the agreement.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing and include a valid reason for review.
- Partial Refunds:
- For services partially completed at the time of cancellation, partial refunds may be issued after a review of the work done.
- Non-Refundable Services:
- Payments for services already completed, such as launched websites or live ad campaigns, are non-refundable.
- Processing Time:
